• The small American-style hose clamp automatic assembly machine adopts automatic feeding of steel belts, hoop shells, and screws, and automatically completes the cutting, forming, riveting and pressing of hoop shells, locking screws, locking circles, and blanking of steel belts.
• Complete automated production of finished products.

•   WORKFLOW 

STEP1: The clamp shell is automatically fed by the vibrating plate and sent to the turntable for tooling.

STEP2: The screw is automatically fed by the vibrating plate, and the locking screw is put into the hoop shell.

STEP3: The steel belt is accurately fed by a servo motor, and the length can be set. After cutting, forming,

               riveting with the hoop shell, rounding, and locking the belt.

STEP4: After completing the assembly of the product, unloading.
