•   WORKFLOW 

STEP1: The steel belt is fed accurately by servo motor, the length can be set, cut and formed by the mold.

STEP2: The hoop shell is automatically loaded by the vibrating plate, and assembled with the formed steel strip, riveted and rolled.

STEP3: The screws are automatically loaded by the vibrating plate, and the screws are put into the hoop shell by the locking screw mechanism, and the belt is locked.

STEP4: After the assembly of the product is completed, the material is cut.
